Contact the Elderly
Contact the Elderly is a national organisation which changes the lives of people aged 75 and over who live alone and cannot get out on their own. They can help you to get out of the house and back in touch with your local community. One Sunday a month their local groups host a party for tea, cake and company. The groups are kept fairly small so everyone can get to know each other and build lasting friendships. This is a free service and can include drivers to get people home safely.
