Health Funded Flexible Breaks for Carers
Flexible Breaks for Carers has been piloted between Buckinghamshire County Council and Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Groups since 2012. However, as a result of the current financial pressures we face, the difficult decision has been taken not to continue running this pilot.
We recognise the vital role that carer’s have in supporting vulnerable family members or friends and there are a number of ways in which carer’s can get support.
